We begin with a 3 month commitment which includes
Listening to YOU, hearing your story to get a clear picture of your current metabolic and overall health, your goals, and your challenges so I can best design an individualized program that promotes balance and wellness for you.
Learning healthy vs unhealthy food and lifestyle choices, and the "why" of better choices for you.
We connect EVERY DAY with a short (5 min) phone call to address concerns and provide guidance and support. Think of me as the "good angel" on your shoulder.
DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY FORM:
I provide you with a short daily form to record your sleep, meals and activities, which you email to me at the end of your day for my review and suggestions.
WEEKLY ACTION PLAN:
Your Action Plan consists of 1-3 actions for you to implement for the week, adjusting each week to meet your needs.
TWICE A MONTH FACE TO FACE, or FACE TO SKYPE:
We sit down together twice a month to discuss challenges and successes.
Daily contact provides encouragement, motivation, and accountability
